After many years in the construction industry renovating properties for clients and ourselves…. apart from having a nice quality kitchen and bathroom installed (always a good selling point) in recent years we had a client who asked us to fit Plantation Shutters to the windows at the front of the property.
It was a nice property in a good location and it really did transform the appearance so much so that on the first weekend it went for sale it was sold at a price far exceeding the asking price.
We are now happy to offer supply only throughout the whole of the UK, (excluding Northern Ireland) for DIY installation.
Now I’m sure it wasn’t purely down to the Plantation Shutters but it really helped the overall appearance, we always got a lot of enquiries from people who wanted a quote after wards…….so I knew they liked them and they were popular…..anyway to cut a long story short, in 2021 we formed a separate company (Lafayette Shutters) to supply and fit.
